Joyig Script

The Joyig script is also known as Lhoyig or Drukyig. It is believed to have been drafted by the translator Denma Tsemang in the 8th century and seen considered a unique Bhutanese script. It resembles one ancient script found in Dunhuang documents. Because it is like an Uchen written speedily, it got its name Joyig or fast script.
