Middle School

Middle school refers to schooling for youth between the ages of 11 and 13. In the United States, middle school is most often comprised of sixth through eighth grades. However, some middle schools only include seventh and eighth grades while others include seventh through ninth grades. Middle school is also referred to as “junior high school.”
